M\u011bsto te\u010f upravilo sv\u016fj m\u00edstn\u00ed koeficient. Da\u0148 z nemovitosti je nav\u00edc jedna z m\u00e1la dan\u00ed, kter\u00e1 z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edmo m\u011bstu. Neskon\u010d\u00ed v Praze, ale v D\u011b\u010d\u00edn\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pro\u010d se to ud\u011blalo? <\/strong>Proto\u017ee m\u011bsto m\u00e1 obrovsk\u00fd majetek a infrastrukturu, kter\u00e1 st\u00e1rne \u2013 silnice, chodn\u00edky, mosty, ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 osv\u011btlen\u00ed, MHD, kanalizace, \u0161koly, sportovi\u0161t\u011b\u2026 a ceny stavebn\u00edch prac\u00ed i energi\u00ed \u0161ly brut\u00e1ln\u011b nahoru. Jen opravy komunikac\u00ed a infrastruktury dnes stoj\u00ed n\u00e1sobn\u011b v\u00edc ne\u017e p\u0159ed p\u00e1r lety. V&nbsp;sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b se ka\u017ed\u00fd rok do oprav infrastruktury d\u00e1v\u00e1 zhruba 2x tolik, ne\u017e se vybere na dani. Ani te\u010f v\u00fdb\u011br dan\u011b nepokryje v\u0161echny opravy infrastruktury, ale m\u011bsto se nebude tolik propadat do dluhu na infrastruktu\u0159e jako do dne\u0161n\u00ed doby.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Re\u00e1ln\u011b to znamen\u00e1, \u017ee bez vy\u0161\u0161\u00edch p\u0159\u00edjm\u016f bychom bu\u010f:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>zastavili investice,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>nechali m\u011bsto postupn\u011b ch\u00e1trat,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>nebo zdra\u017eili jin\u00e9 slu\u017eby lidem je\u0161t\u011b v\u00edc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Varianta, kdy se \u010d\u00e1st pen\u011bz vr\u00e1t\u00ed zp\u011bt do m\u011bsta formou oprav a investic je za n\u00e1s lep\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e aby se skokov\u011b zdra\u017eovalo j\u00edzdn\u00e9, odpady nebo se ru\u0161ily slu\u017eby.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ty pen\u00edze nav\u00edc p\u016fjdou t\u0159eba do:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>oprav silnic a chodn\u00edk\u016f,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>modernizace MHD a zast\u00e1vek,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>parkov\u00e1n\u00ed,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>bezpe\u010dnosti a kamerov\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>kanalizac\u00ed,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ve\u0159ejn\u00e9ho prostoru a dal\u0161\u00edch investic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ch\u00e1peme, \u017ee je to velmi nepopul\u00e1rn\u00ed krok, ale nebylo to rozhodnut\u00ed typu \u201epoj\u010fme lidi odrbat\u201c.
