D\u00edky sv\u00e9 poloze na \u0159ece Labi, bl\u00edzkost\u00ed hranic s N\u011bmeckem, kr\u00e1sn\u00fdm okol\u00edm a dal\u0161\u00edmi vlivy je pro na\u0161e \u00fadol\u00ed velmi obt\u00ed\u017en\u00e9 zpracovat jak m\u00edstn\u00ed tak tranzitn\u00ed dopravu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z\u00e1rove\u0148 m\u011bsto velmi zaost\u00e1v\u00e1 v mnoha druz\u00edch dopravn\u00ed infrastruktury, po\u010d\u00ednaje p\u011b\u0161\u00ed, p\u0159es cyklistickou a\u017e po obslu\u017enost ve\u0159ejnou dopravou. Parkov\u00e1n\u00ed ve m\u011bst\u011b, tedy doprava v klidu je rovn\u011b\u017e pal\u010div\u00fdm probl\u00e9mem m\u011bsta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ka\u017edodenn\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00fdch v\u00fdzev stoj\u00ed v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed pen\u011bz nejen z m\u011bstsk\u00e9 kasy, ale tak\u00e9 z pen\u011b\u017eenek n\u00e1s, ob\u010dan\u016f m\u011bsta. V neposledn\u00ed \u0159ad\u011b tak\u00e9 trp\u00ed \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed okolo n\u00e1s, ve kter\u00e9m \u017eijeme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je \u0159ada probl\u00e9m\u016f, kter\u00e9 sebou p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed modern\u00ed \u017eivot, zvy\u0161uj\u00edc\u00ed \u017eivotn\u00ed \u00farove\u0148 a mnoho t\u011bchto \u00faskal\u00ed nelze v rozumn\u00e9m \u010dase a s rozumn\u00fdmi n\u00e1klady vy\u0159e\u0161it. Zb\u00fdv\u00e1 ov\u0161em velk\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st, kterou lze \u0159e\u0161it mnoha zp\u016fsoby.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Optim\u00e1ln\u00ed doprava je takov\u00e1, kter\u00e1 nenastane. To znamen\u00e1 maximalizovat \u00fasil\u00ed k efektivnosti slu\u017eeb, aby nebylo t\u0159eba k jejich vyu\u017eit\u00ed se n\u011bkam p\u0159epravovat. Tuto \u00favahu uv\u00e1d\u00edme detailn\u011bji v priorit\u00e1ch v oblasti inovac\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u011b\u0161\u00ed doprava je nejb\u011b\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed formou dopravy, r\u00e1di bychom, aby m\u011bsto napl\u0148ovalo form\u00e1t m\u011bst 880 &#8211; 880cities.org. Jedn\u00e1 se o koncept, kter\u00fd n\u00e1s velice oslovil a budeme se sna\u017eit o jeho napl\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed m\u011bstem D\u011b\u010d\u00edn. Ve zkratce se jedn\u00e1 o my\u0161lenku, \u017ee cokoliv skv\u011bl\u00e9ho ve m\u011bst\u011b ud\u011bl\u00e1me pro 8 let\u00e9ho a 80ti let\u00e9ho obyvatele\/n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvn\u00edka bude dobr\u00e9 i pro ostatn\u00ed v\u011bkov\u00e9 kategorie. V samostatn\u00e9 sekci se budeme v\u011bnovat na\u0161im n\u00e1pad\u016fm pro zlep\u0161en\u00ed p\u011b\u0161\u00ed dopravy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cyklistick\u00e1 doprava je prostorov\u011b a energeticky nejvhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed dopravou. S rozmachem elektrokol u\u017e se ani nemus\u00edme ob\u00e1vat na\u0161ich kopc\u016f na Maxi\u010dky nebo t\u0159eba na Chlum. Bohu\u017eel m\u011bsto D\u011b\u010d\u00edn je v t\u00e9to oblasti velmi pozadu. M\u011bstem prob\u00edhaj\u00ed v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 turistick\u00e9 cyklotrasy a tak v hezk\u00e9m po\u010das\u00ed je m\u011bsto v n\u011bkter\u00fdch m\u00edstech cyklisty zapln\u011bno. Jin\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti m\u011bsta by zase r\u00e1dy, aby na tyto cyklostezky nemuseli jet bu\u010f uprost\u0159ed automobilov\u00e9 dopravy nebo aby auty se k cyklostezk\u00e1m museli dopravit. Cyklodoprava je sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed samostatn\u00e9 sekce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 doprava v D\u011b\u010d\u00edn\u011b to nem\u00e1 rozhodn\u011b jednoduch\u00e9. Nejen vzhledem k topologii m\u011bsta, ale tak\u00e9 t\u0159eba vzhledem k odlivu sv\u00fdch cestuj\u00edc\u00edch d\u00edky pandemii. P\u0159esto je naprosto kl\u00ed\u010dovou formou dopravy ve m\u011bst\u011b. Autobus by m\u011bl b\u00fdt jak\u00fdsi vysava\u010d individu\u00e1ln\u00ed automobilov\u00e9 dopravy. Budeme se tedy sna\u017eit, aby m\u011bsto D\u011b\u010d\u00edn provedlo optimalizaci sv\u00fdch linek a j\u00edzdn\u00edch \u0159\u00e1d\u016f. Tak\u00e9 podporujeme obnovu vozov\u00e9ho parku a zaveden\u00ed nov\u00fdch slu\u017eeb, kter\u00e9 by mohly nov\u00e9 cestuj\u00edc\u00ed p\u0159it\u00e1hnout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00edstn\u00ed automobilov\u00e1 doprava je zkou\u0161ena dnes a denn\u011b rekonstrukcemi \u010di jin\u00fdmi p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017ekami p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm na na\u0161ich dvou silni\u010dn\u00edch mostech a n\u011bkolika problematick\u00fdch kruhov\u00fdch objezdech. Automobilov\u00e1 doprava by nem\u011bla hr\u00e1t prvn\u00ed roli p\u0159i pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed v dopravn\u00ed infrastruktu\u0159e, ov\u0161em realita je samoz\u0159ejm\u011b jin\u00e1. D\u011b\u010d\u00edn m\u00e1 mnoho mo\u017enost\u00ed ke zlep\u0161en\u00ed situace v t\u00e9to oblasti, prim\u00e1rn\u011b tedy \u00fapravou problematick\u00fdch m\u00edst. Ov\u0161em m\u011bstech proj\u00ed\u017ed\u00ed denn\u011b zhruba 22 tis\u00edc vozidel a tak nelze o\u010dek\u00e1vat z\u00e1zra\u010dn\u00e1 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed. Prioritou tedy je plynulost a bezpe\u010dnost dopravy, kter\u00e1 sn\u00ed\u017e\u00ed negativn\u00ed dopady na sv\u00e9 okol\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ned\u00edlnou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed dopravy je doprava v klidu &#8211; tedy parkov\u00e1n\u00ed. V\u0161echna m\u011bsta se sna\u017e\u00ed o kompromis mezi po\u010dtem parkovac\u00edch m\u00edst a u\u017eitnou hodnotou prostoru, kter\u00e1 tato m\u00edsta bezesporu zab\u00edraj\u00ed. Ur\u010dit\u011b tedy nen\u00ed na\u0161\u00ed prioritou roz\u0161i\u0159ovat standardn\u00ed parkovac\u00ed m\u00edsta v centru &#8211; jak v Podmoklech, tak v D\u011b\u010d\u00edn\u011b. Prioritou je postavit parkovac\u00ed domy po jednom na ka\u017ed\u00e9 stran\u011b m\u011bsta, v rozumn\u00e9 poloze, na m\u011bstsk\u00e9m pozemku a s modern\u00edmi technologiemi (platby, informace o voln\u00fdch m\u00edstech nejen p\u0159i vjezdu,&#8230;) Dal\u0161\u00ed d\u016fle\u017eitou mo\u017enost\u00ed jak pracovat s parkovac\u00edmi m\u00edsty je z\u00f3novost parkovi\u0161\u0165, tedy r\u016fzn\u00e9 ceny v r\u016fzn\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stech m\u011bsta, resp. r\u016fzn\u00e9 parkovac\u00ed tarify. Nepo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1me se zav\u00e1d\u011bn\u00edm r\u016fzn\u00fdch v\u00fdjimek, nap\u0159 pro elektromobily. Na\u0161e vize v tomto sm\u011bru jsou p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm op\u0159eny o inspirace v okoln\u00edch m\u011bstech \u010di st\u00e1tech &#8211; p\u0159enesen\u00edm p\u0159\u00edklad\u016f dobr\u00e9 praxe. Je t\u0159eba pracovat nejen s pot\u0159ebami u\u017eivatel\u016f vozidel, ale tak\u00e9 t\u0159eba s integrovan\u00fdm z\u00e1chrann\u00fdm syst\u00e9mem v \u010dele s hasi\u010di.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>M\u011bsto D\u011b\u010d\u00edn je velmi siln\u011b ovlivn\u011bno dopravou.
